Strategizing & assisting in the successful execution of business development plans for specific national & international projects globally.
Identifying & developing newer streams & geographies of business development.
Assisting the agencies to increase their market share (both top-line and bottom-line) in their respective markets focusing on Non-Air Products.
Expanding the UNIGLOBE Travel network by bringing in new potential & valued franchise agencies on board via detailed data analysis & market research and goal versus opportunity identification.
Partnering & developing relationships with internal & external stakeholders & understanding the details of business challenges & gaps to further develop & strategize growth cum expansion plans with successful implementation of initiatives together.
