Having completed my graduation in English Literature and a diploma course in Travel and Tourism, I have about 20 years of experience in the travel industry. My experience ranges from successfully running a corporate travel agency in Delhi, executing and managing an online distribution and revenue channel for budget and luxury boutique hotels as well as managing the Customer Relationship department for various independent business units of a hospitality company.

My responsibilities as Director - Network Development with UNIGLOBE are:

  • Expanding the UNIGLOBE Travel network by bringing new franchise agencies on board.

  • Developing and executing strategies to drive growth and adding more members to the network.

  • Conducting market research and data analysis.

  • Meeting potential member franchise agencies.

  • Visiting various markets and conducting in-depth studies of prospects.

  • Regularly create, implement and evaluate lead generation campaigns.

  • Partnering various internal stakeholders to coordinate growth, expansion initiatives and implementations.

  • Focusing on client acquisition and retention efforts, enhanced client value via preferred supplier programs, system- tools, consulting, and technology & product initiatives.

  • Regularly create, implement and evaluate lead generation campaigns.

  • Conduct trainings, develop and update training materials.
