At UNIGLOBE Travel, I am responsible for consultancy and marketing support to all member Agencies in a broad range of marketing disciplines including research, production (including design and “creative’), media (now including social media) and the web.

Accelerate member agencies sales through the development and delivery of the Creative and Multi-Medium (Print/Outdoor/Web/Email/PR) Marketing Strategy. The annual plan focuses on increasing agency reach to UNIGLOBE target market segments and enhancing brand recognition in various consumer channels.
Maintain a highly relevant brand message for UNIGLOBE members by conducting Consumer Research projects and surveys of customer needs/expectations by target market (High net worth individuals, SME’s and large accounts) through the design and execution of Consumer Research projects and surveys.
Secure co-op funding support to further increase the amount and scope of brand marketing in various consumer channels for the benefit of UNIGLOBE members.
Provide members with agency-specific, creative design, writing and consulting support including email campaigns, customized monthly e-newsletter, local PR and direct sales materials.
